Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the details you leave with us. Cystobact is a Swiss food supplement in capsules that we sell direct, and to get a jar to your door we need very little: a name and a phone number so an adviser can ring you back and confirm the address. Nothing else is asked for on the site, and no payment details are taken online.
What we collect
- The name you type into the order form, so the courier knows who the parcel is for.
- The phone number you leave, so an adviser can call and confirm the order.
- The delivery address, given verbally during that call rather than typed on the site.
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as the type of device and the pages viewed.
Why we need it
The name and phone number exist for one purpose: confirming and delivering your order. We use them to call you back, to agree a delivery window, and to answer you if something about the parcel needs sorting out. Technical information is looked at in aggregate, to see which pages people actually read and where the site is slow.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to deal with questions about that order, and no longer. Once there is no practical reason to hold your name and number, they are deleted. We do not build profiles, we do not sell contact details on, and we do not pass them to anyone beyond the courier who needs the address to deliver.
How it is looked after
Access to order records is limited to the people who process and dispatch orders. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, stored on protected servers, and reviewed periodically so that old records do not sit around unnecessarily.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. You can also tell an adviser during the confirmation call that you do not wish to be contacted again, and that is the end of it. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with the request.
Changes to this page
If the way we handle order details changes, this page is updated to match. The version you are reading is the current one for 2026.
